Pomegranates and Myrrh

A free-spirited Palestinian dancer named Kamar becomes the wife of a prisoner, distancing herself from all that she loves. Dance is her passion and she soon meets Kais, a Palestinian returnee who has taken her husband Zaid's role as head choreographer. The lust between the two gives way to passionate and emotional dancing. When Kamar's sentence prison is extended and the family's legal issues face troubling circumstances, Kamar's relationship with Kais takes a turn for the worst.
